If you happen not to love your EsmeLula product we ask that you simply return it to us within 30 days from date of purchase and we will happily provide you with an exchange or credit voucher in accordance with the following policy. 

Items must be returned in their original condition with no signs of wear, all tags attached and original packaging for an exchange or credit.

Esmelula prides itself on our superior quality products. If you believe that an item you have purchased has a manufacturing fault please return it to: Esmelula via registered post to be assessed by one of our team members prior to issuing a refund. Please fill out the "Returns" form and enclose this with the item when posting back.

Feel free to send the package back using regular or express shipping. It is better to get a tracking number with your package so it does not get lost. Once the items arrive back with us we will email you to let you know your item has been refunded or a credit has been applied depending on the situation. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process a return.
